Ennote Security Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the http://lumar-vpn.com website and the Lumar VPN mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

1. Strict No-Logs Policy

The core principle of Lumar VPN is to ensure your anonymity. We do not collect, store, or share the following data:

  • Your browsing history and visited websites.
  • Your original IP address or the IP addresses of the VPN servers you connect to.
  • The content of your transmitted or received network traffic.
  • DNS queries.

2. Authorization and Data We Collect

The Service does not use a traditional registration system with passwords. To identify the user and manage subscriptions, we use authorization via third-party services (Apple ID, Google Account) or by entering an email address. Therefore, we collect:

  • Your email address or a unique anonymous identifier provided by Apple/Google upon authorization.

This data is used exclusively to link your subscription status to your account and to manage the limit of connected devices (up to 5 devices per account).

3. Advertising in the Free Version and Analytics

  • Advertising Networks: To provide the Service for free, we display sponsored advertising materials before connecting to the VPN. Our third-party advertising partners may collect certain anonymized data (e.g., device advertising identifiers such as IDFA/AAID) to serve relevant ads. Users of the paid (Premium) version do not see ads, and their data is not shared with advertising networks.
  • Analytics: To ensure the stability of the application, we use standard analytics services provided by Google and Apple. They automatically collect anonymized technical information (device model, OS version, crash reports). This data is in no way linked to your email or your activity on the VPN network.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your email address to third parties for marketing purposes. Payments and transactions are processed by third-party providers (Apple App Store, Google Play), which are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not have access to your payment details.

5. Data Security

We implement modern technical and organizational measures to protect your account information from unauthorized access. You can independently manage your list of linked devices (add or remove them) directly within the mobile application interface.

6. Your Rights
